During Harmonia Connect you will 

• receive an introduction to healthy singing and vocal exercises

• experience Reiki through recorded meditations 

• be guided in simple chant writing to release what doesn't serve you and open up to what you're inviting in to your life  

• discover the wonder of nature through nature walk prompts

Experience results in 4 weeks and see deeper transformation with repetition.

Modules range from 5 to 20 minutes.
