Harmonia Nature Day is an event to celebrate and connect to nature, self, others, and something greater.

During this seasonal event we will immerse ourselves in nature with a group walk and nature creation at Colonel Samuel Smith Park in Etobicoke, followed by group music making and Reiki meditation.
​
This one of a kind event is sure to leave you feeling nourished on a soul level and inspired for what the coming season will bring.

Group nature walk around one area of the park. This will be a light, leisurely walk. There will be prompts to guide the walk.
