Sing It Girls™ is a one of a kind group program for girls ages 7-12 that uses singing, breathing exercises, and movement to build confidence and promote self care. It provides a fun space for girls to develop skills for working through worry and anxiety that they can take with them in to their every day lives.

By building a strong, confident voice with others in the group, girls can take that strong, confident voice with them out in to the world.

In this group, girls will:

  • develop healthy, strong voices through singing techniques

  • learn breathing techniques to help with stressful situations

  • sing familiar songs and create new songs with the group

  • have fun while nurturing their love of music

Songwriting as an emotional outlet

Nobody can pick on me

I’m like the stars in the sky, I really don’t mind

It’s all alright, it’s all alright

And when I feel paper thin and invisible

I can speak up for myself, sing a song of confidence

It’s all alright, it’s all alright

I am one, I am myself

I am one in a million, one in a million

I am great, powerful, and strong

And nobody can stop me, stop me, now

It’s that time of year, it’s that time of day

Everything is going to be ok

It’s all alright, it’s all alright

I am one, I am myself

I am one in a million, one in a million

I am great, powerful, and strong

And nobody can stop me, stop me, now

What girls and parents are saying about
Sing It Girls

“We can say our feelings about school or let everyone know what we are stressing about and then we can find solutions with music and breathing.”

My nearly 7 year old just completed her first session of Sing It girls with Daiva and we could not be any happier with the experience. The program helped our daughter to express her feelings through song, and to work on her confidence and her bravery.

This program is an absolute must for any kiddos with a sensitive heart and an interest in music.

“It was nice to have something to look forward to during lockdown. I made 2 new friends. I liked having an all girls space.”
