Hello! Thank you so much for being here.

I created Harmonia Healing + Music with a bigger picture in my heart. It is a collective of offerings and community members that together create a ripple effect on the well being of the greater collective, the land, the planet, beings, every one of us.

I am a Certified Music Therapist (MTA), Reiki practitioner, healing facilitator, nature lover, wife, creative entrepreneur, and life long learner.  I was inspired to become a music therapist after years of working as an instructor of toddler and caregiver group music classes in GTA shelters through Rainbow Songs Foundation. There, I witnessed the greater impact music can have and wanted to do more. I began my training to become a music therapist in 2015 and quickly realized it was part of my calling.

My experience as a music therapist has provided me humbling and honouring opportunities to work with folks in long term care, addictions rehabilitation, children in neuro-rehabilitation, children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder and varying disabilities, and supporting girls ages 7-12 through the social and emotional challenges that that stage of life can bring.

Reiki came in to my awareness in 2019 and again, I quickly realized this practice would become integral to my own self care and how I care for others. As a Reiki practitioner I am on an ever evolving journey of being in highest relationship with energy, myself, others, the land, beings, and the collective, throughout daily life and working with clients.

In my session work I aim to create a caring, nurturing space where you can be yourself, explore your own self expression, and reach your highest potential in a way that feels true to you. Sometimes this looks like a music therapy session for a young child with a disability impacting speech or for an elder with Dementia, a Reiki session for someone feeling intense stress, an adapted music lesson, or a Music + Reiki session for a young adult wanting a creative and supportive emotional outlet.

Everyone comes from unique life experiences, backgrounds, and challenges, that provide each individual with unique perspectives, skills, and abilities. I call myself a healing facilitator because I am here to facilitate your journey to empowerment, meaning, and joy, to support you in reaching goals, to increased well-being, but you have all you need inside of you.
