A 60 minute session to help you harness the energy of Spring. Begin your journey of creating desired growth, receive clarity and trust on your path, and leave with meaningful practices to integrate into your everyday life. You will be guided through any combination of voice+instrument exploration, music therapy interventions, and/or Reiki healing.
